Enter the date in YYMMDD format.
Enter 2 digits (00-23) for hour and 2 digits for minutes.

Comdial Impact - From Attendant Station
Without picking up the handset, press "Intercom" and dial "*#01". The display should show "Set Clock".
Set the year by dialing 00-99.
Set the month by dialing 01-12.
Set the day by dialing two digits 01-31.
Set the hour by dialing 01-23.
Set the minutes by dialing 00-59.
Pick up and replace the handset to complete.
Time
While on-hook, press "SPCL" and enter the Program Time/Date feature code (4)
Enter the Program Time feature code (1). Display will show TIME XX:XX
Press HOLD
Lift and replace the handset.
Date
While on-hook, press "SPCL" and enter the Program Time/Date feature code (4).
Enter the Program Date feature code (2). Display will show DATE DAY MON XX
Press "*" until the correct day is displayed. Press "#". Repeat for month and date.
Lift and replace the handset.

To set the time for your UX5000/Aspire system:
From the System Administrator's telephone (normally extension 301), press CALL1 and dial 828.
Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour) For example, 13=1:00 PM.
Dial two digits for the minutes. You hear confirmation beeps.
Press SPK to hang up.
Go to extension 300. (Usually the reception phone. Press 6 on any idle telephone and the extension number will appear in the display).
Press #TD (#83) for Time/Date.
Current time will appear in the display. Enter time in 24-hour clock using the following format: (HHMMSS) Hours (2 digits), Minutes (2 digits) and Seconds (2 digits)
Press HOLD
Current date will appear in the display. If the date is correct you may press HOLD then SPK to exit programming OR Enter date using the following format: (MMDDYYYY) Month (2 digits), Day (2 digits) and Year (4 digits)

Enter the date using month (2 digits), day (2 digits), and year (4 digits).

Enter your security code if necessary.
Once in your mail box press SA for the System Administrator Menu.
Press TI to hear the current time, and date.
To change the time type in a two digit number for the hours, and a two digit number for the minutes followed by an A for AM or a P for PM.
The Voicemail will then tell you what you have entered and ask if it is correct.
Press C if it is correct and the system clock will be adjusted accordingly.
Press the pound key (#) several times to exit out of the System Administrator Menu and then press XX to exit out of the Voicemail

Changing the time on a Panasonic KX-TA624 system must be done from extension # 101 using a display phone.
