Changing time and date from attendant station:

1. Press the "ITCM" key.
2. Dial *#01.
3. Enter the date in YYMMDD format.
4. Enter 2 digits (00-23) for hour and 2 digits for minutes.
5. Press SPKR to end.

Changing the time on a Comdial DX-80 system can be done from any display phone.

1. Press Feature # * and enter in your password (Default password ########)
2. Press Show and enter 0803
3. Press Save then Show
4. The option to change the Year will appear - if you do not need to change the year, press Next - if you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the year and press Save then Next
5. The option to change the Month will appear - if you do not need to change the month, press Next - if you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the month and press Save then Next
6. The option to change the Day will appear - if you do not need to change the date, press Next - if you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the date and press Save then Next
7. The option to change the Weekday will appear - if you do not need to change the weekday, press Next - if you need to change this value, press Chg, to select the weekday, and press Next
8. The option to change the Hour will appear - press Chg and enter in two digits for the hour in military format - press Save then Next
9. The option to change the Minutes will appear - press Chg and enter in two digits for the minutes and press Save
10. Press the Hold button to exit programming mode

• Press "Intercom *#0*".
• Select "01".
• Enter date (MM:DD:YY).
• Enter time (HH:MM).
• Press "#" to end.

1. Press ITCM *#.

Comdial Impact - From Attendant Station

1. Without picking up the handset, press "Intercom" and dial "*#01". The display should show "Set Clock".
2. Set the year by dialing 00-99.
3. Set the month by dialing 01-12.
4. Set the day by dialing two digits 01-31.
5. Set the hour by dialing 01-23.
6. Set the minutes by dialing 00-59.
7. Pick up and replace the handset to complete.

Time

• While on-hook, press "SPCL" and enter the Program Time/Date feature code (4)
• Enter the Program Time feature code (1). Display will show TIME XX:XX
• Press HOLD
• Lift and replace the handset.

Date

• While on-hook, press "SPCL" and enter the Program Time/Date feature code (4).
• Enter the Program Date feature code (2). Display will show DATE DAY MON XX
• Press "*" until the correct day is displayed. Press "#". Repeat for month and date.
• Lift and replace the handset.

To set the time for your UX5000/Aspire system:

1. From the System Administrator's telephone (normally extension 301), press CALL1 and dial 828.
2. Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour) For example, 13=1:00 PM.

Press SPK to hang up.

1. Go to extension 300. (Usually the reception phone. Press 6 on any idle telephone and the extension number will appear in the display).
2. Press #TD (#83) for Time/Date.
3. Current time will appear in the display. Enter time in 24-hour clock using the following format: (HHMMSS) Hours (2 digits), Minutes (2 digits) and Seconds (2 digits)
4. Press HOLD
5. Current date will appear in the display. If the date is correct you may press HOLD then SPK to exit programming OR Enter date using the following format: (MMDDYYYY) Month (2 digits), Day (2 digits) and Year (4 digits)
6. Press HOLD then SPK.

Press SPK to hang up.

1. From extension 300, dial #TD (#83). Do this without lifting the handset or pressing any other keys first.

4. Enter the date using month (2 digits), day (2 digits), and year (4 digits).

Press HOLD, then SPEAKER (SPK on DS-Series) to exit.

1. The time and date changes must be made from extension 301.
2. Press the VM key and enter the Voicemail box at extension 301.
3. Enter your security code if necessary.
4. Once in your mail box press SA for the System Administrator Menu.
5. Press TI to hear the current time, and date.
6. To change the time type in a two digit number for the hours, and a two digit number for the minutes followed by an A for AM or a P for PM.
7. The Voicemail will then tell you what you have entered and ask if it is correct.
8. Press C if it is correct and the system clock will be adjusted accordingly.
9. Press the pound key (#) several times to exit out of the System Administrator Menu and then press XX to exit out of the Voicemail

Change Time:

1. Press the Speaker key
2. Dial 728
3. Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour clock, 13 = 1:00 PM)
4. Dial two digits for the minutes (00~59)
5. Press Speaker to hang up

Changing the time on a Panasonic KX-TA624 system must be done from extension # 101 using a display phone.

1. Press the "PROGRAM" button on the face of the phone
2. Enter programming mode by pressing "STAR" - "POUND" - "1234" (default password = 1234)
3. Enter program # 000
4. Press "SPEAKER" button
5. Press "FORWARD/DND" button to change to the hour
6. Press "TRANSFER" button and enter the hour
7. Press "FORWARD/DND" button to change to the minutes parameter
8. Press "TRANSFER" button and enter the minutes
9. Press "FORWARD/DND" button to change to the AM/PM parameter
10. Press "MUTE" button to select AM or PM
11. Press "STORE" button (listen for 1 tone if procedure was executed correctly / 3 tones if procedure failed)
12. Press "HOLD" button
13. Press the "PROGRAM" button on the face of the phone
